Paul has been appointed to the position of Director of Customer Service. This appointment will allow Vivosonic to reinforce its continued commitment to excellence in customer support, helping customers learn to effectively use the new technologies developed by Vivosonic.
Paul has extensive experience in managerial responsibilities and customer support in high-tech industries in Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. He has been part of the Vivosonic team in different customer support functions since early 2005 and has implemented Web-based Customer Relationship Management services as a state-of-the-art customer support tool.
