Shashank has over 22 years of experience in the electronic manufacturing industry. Before joining Vivosonic in 2004, Shashank has worked across the globe with multinational technology leaders such as Thermax Ltd. in India, Fuji Electrical in Japan and Compaq Computers in Singapore.
Throughout the years, Shashank has worked on a variety of technologies, instrumentation and control, digital electronics, power electronics, and consumer electronics, just to name a few. Shashank trained on and acquired hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS), ISO-9000, and successfully implemented quality tools such as JQI, DOE, and MEOST.
Shashank also has experience with SMT manufacturing and DFM; all of which have helped him build an array of strong technical and computational skills.
