"I have been using the Integrity V500 system for over a year now and would not consider using anything else in my practice.  I kept my old system as a backup and have used it twice since I got my Integrity system.  The reason I used it the first time was that I was seeing some poor results and wanted to make sure it was not my equipment.  The results on my old system were worse and very noisy!  I used it one more time on a very quiet baby and compared the tracing, the results were the same.  With my old system, I had to unplug everything near the equipment, turn off lights and anything else that could possibly interfere with my tracings.  Two years ago, I moved my office from one that was near the elevator to one that was further away because the elevator was interfering with my system.  I have not found anything that interferes with my Integrity system, which makes administering the test much easier."  

"From a patient point of view, I can now test any age, sleeping or active.  I am sent children that other clinics cannot test and under other circumstances, would need to be sedated.  I have tested newborns, children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, even children on respirators,  and many other syndromes that would normally not be testable unless sedated.  We still ask that the babies or children come to the office sleepy as the testing does go faster if they are quiet or sleeping.  Even when they are awake and watching T.V. or playing with toys, I am able to get very good, reliable results. The additional time it takes when they are awake is not significant."

"I just successfully tested a patient with sleep apnea using Integrity V500
that was impossible to test with any other machine. The patient has severe
sleep apnea, so sedating this patient and putting him to sleep makes the EMG
artifact even worse due to very large spasms during episodes of apnea. I
attempted to test this patient a few weeks ago but had to send him home
after several hours of unsuccessfully recording with conventional
equipment."

It is quite fantastic, that when using Integrity V500, I do not have to
stay with the patient permanently. The recordings will not get ruined when
the patient is not completely quiet. This allowed me to change the way I
work to be more efficient."
